PRO-22 Screwlock & Seal
LOW STRENGTH THREADLOCK
Bondloc’s Screwlock & Seal low strength, purple threadlocker is an anaerobic threadlocking adhesive that cures between metal threads to form a unitised assembly to help resist leakage, shock, and vibration.
The product is a single component anaerobic liquid that cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. Low strength also enables easy disassembly.
Excellent chemical resistance and a temperature resistance range of -55°C to +150°C

Prevents loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. Cures without cracking or shrinking. No curing outside of join assembly. No torque required during assembly. Particularly suitable for applications such as set screws, meters and gauges, relay lock screws, calibration screws, carburettor and choke assembly screws. Easily removable with hand tools for servicing requirements.

Contains : 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate, Ethoxylated Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate, Maleic acid, 1-Acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine
- Clean all threads (bolt and hole) with a cleaning solvent such as Bondloc Solvent Cleaner B7063 or Bondloc Brake Cleaner B7769 and allow to dry.
- Determine if the threads to be bonded are active or inactive metals. If material is an inactive metal, spray all threads with Bondloc B7649 Activator and allow to dry. Priming is not required if the material is an active metal. If unknown, it is always best to use the activator.
