RTV Gasket High Temp Red 310ml
Bondloc’s RTV Gasket High Temp Red forms a tough, flexible gasket / seal that resists ageing, weathering and thermal cycling without hardening. Ideal for oil pans, transmission pans, differential covers, timing gears and valve covers. Suitable for sealing aluminium and metal ducting, refrigeration applications and hygiene seals.

Adheres to most services. Easy to use. Bondloc Silicone Gasket can be used in home, automotive & marine applications. It is weatherproof and water resistant. It adheres to a variety of materials including glass, vinyl, wood, brick & concrete. It is good for sealing aluminium and metal flanges on gearboxes. Can be used in fabrications, butt and channel glazing, refrigeration and hygiene seal, aluminium gutter sealing, most industrial applications.
Ensure that surfaces to be bonded are clean and free from grease, dirt and any other contamination.
Cut nozzle at a 45° angle leaving an opening slightly larger than the gap to be filled.
For 310ml cartridge application use a dispensing gun to apply a continuous 3mm bead encircle any holes and studs.
Wait approximately 10 minutes until a skin forms on the silicone. Assemble parts.
After use leave 1cm of silicone extending from the nozzle which will cure to form a plug.
For 220ml aeropack application press nozzle to dispense adhesive on to surface as required. Apply a continuous bead on one surface
