ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH METAL BONDER
Bondloc’s Powerful Metal Weld is powerfully formulated for plastics and dissimilar substrates. Full cure in 6 hours. It is ideal for use on a variety of materials including carbon fibre, unprepared metals, ceramics, wood, concrete, ABS, PVC, ceramic, fibre gas, glass, styrene and vinyl.

PART A: Resin
Danger : Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Do not breathe vapour / spray. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection.
If Swallowed : Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
If On Skin (or Hair) : Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water or shower. If skin irritation or rash occurs, seek medical advice / attention. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with national regulations.

PART B : Activator
Danger : May cause an allergic skin reaction. Do not breathe vapour / spray. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection. Call a doctor if you feel unwell. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with national regulations.
Contains : Methyl methacrylate.
HARMFUL TO AQUATIC LIFE WITH LONG LASTING EFFECTS
- Ensure parts are clean and dry and free from oil.
- Snap off the plastic butterfly end cap and keep it safe as you will need to replace it when finished.
- Attach the mixer nozzle provided with this product (this mixes the two components together to give a perfect mix), although you can still use the cartridge without a mixer nozzle if require.
- Dispense both parts equality on a card and mix thoroughly to a uniformed mix and apply to one side of the substrate and clamp together. Handling time is 15-20mins (depending on temperature, the warmer the faster it will cure, allow 6 hours for 75% of the product strength and 24 hour for final strength.
