PRO-72 Brake & Airline Sealant
MEDIUM STRENGTH THREADSEALER
Bondloc’s Brake and Airline thread sealant is an instant liquid thread sealer that replaces PTFE or other materials to form a seal against metals parts where water, fuel and oils are present. It provides an instant seal and stops the corrosion of threads to enable future disassembly.
Designed for locking and thread sealing metal pipes and fittings. Prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration and the thixotropic nature reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate. Good chemical/solvent resistance to Ethanol, Motor Oil, Unleaded Petrol and Brake Fluid.

Replaces tapes and dopes, stops gas and fluid leaks on most metals and assists in lubricating during assembly. Brake and Airline sealant will not shred or tear which would contaminate your system. Use Brake and Airline sealant to seal against oils, gases, chemicals, water and steam etc.
Not recommended for use in pure oxygen and oxygen rich systems and should not be selected as a sealant for chlorine or other strong oxidising materials.
Clean and dry surfaces to be bonded.
Apply adhesive to threads and assemble parts.
Parts should be left for 15 minutes to reach handling strength, working strength 1 hour.
