Bondloc’s Exhaust Paste is a heat resistant paste based on inorganic water-based binders and heat resistant fillers. Designed for use in the assembly of exhaust systems for automotive and general industrial applications with a heat curing mechanism that provides quick assembly times. Typical applications include exhaust system assembly, Manifolds, Joints and Silencers, any high temperature static joint assemblies.

Remove all dirt, grease and loose rust from the surface. Slightly roughen the two surfaces to be jointed with suitable abrasive. Apply the paste liberally to all joints and assemble, removing any unwanted excess. Hardening is accelerated by heat from the exhaust system once the engine is running, the system is sealed once the product has hardened. All equipment can be cleaned with warm water and detergent.
