Bondloc’s Exhaust Paste is a water based, heat resistant paste based on inorganic water-based binders and heat resistant filled. For use in the assembly of exhaust systems for automotive and general industrial applications. The heat curing mechanism provides quick assembly time.

Pressurised container. May burst if heated. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. May cause respiratory irritation. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Avoid breathing spray. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / face protection. If in eyes rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents / container in accordance with national regulations. Contains Sodium Silicate.
- Remove all dirt, grease and loose rust from the surface.
- Slightly roughen the two surfaces to be jointed with suitable abrasive.
- Apply the paste liberally to all joints and assemble, removing any unwanted excess. Hardening is accelerated by heat from the exhaust system once the engine is running, the system is sealed once the product has hardened.
- All equipment can be cleaned with warm water and detergent.
