Bondloc’s Trim Fix Adhesive is a high temperature resistant heavy duty contact adhesive, specially developed for professional automotive & vehicle conversion users, very easy to apply, the ideal choice for bonding headlinings, panel trims and carpets. High temperature resistant upto 120˚C / 248˚F.

Trim Fix can be used for general purpose repair work and applications such as fixing hard PVC skirting, capping, coving. Can be used on most common construction materials e..g. wood, rubber, foam, fabrics, concrete. For use in a variety of other industries such as furniture, laminating, woodworking, caravan, upholstery and construction.

- Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and any other loose material or contaminants.
- Apply a uniform generous coat of adhesive, ensuring 80-100% coverage of both surfaces, paying particular attention to the edges.
- Leave the adhesive for approximately 10 minutes to tack up. When the adhesive is touch dry bring the 2 surfaces together.
- An aggressive bond will immediately form.
Apply a uniform pressure over the work piece. Full bond strength will develop over 24 hours. - On porous surfaces, it may be necessary to apply a second coat.
- This is a contact adhesive and forms its bond by sticking to itself, so there must be sufficient adhesive for this to happen.
